It was zero degrees this morning: Winter is trying to move in.
Marc Continues
I've had 60 years of photography experience. Two tragedies in my life have wiped out all that came before. This year I managed to buy an old Nikon D60 and two zoom lenses. I will continue my photography, albeit at a more relaxed pace as age and health slows me down.
Young doe who hangs about.
The older buck who hangs around the yard
This cat has been visiting off and on for about three years now. I don't know to whom it belongs.
I had never seen this car around here before. Either it's just been brought in from somewhere or it's just been completed. Lousy time to be out and about in a open air classic!
First time seeing the doe around here, I think. She may be sister to the other buck - or both of them. There were two fawns and a mama hanging about this past Spring.
This yearling buck hangs around my yard. It's a place of refuge for him I guess.
Taken in the brief time the smoke had calmed down.
We are not even in the worst area.
